The Chicago Lower Extremity Surgical Foundation (CLESF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education, research, and outreach for lower extremity healthcare, with the ultimate goal of assisting individuals and communities in need by performing pro bono surgical procedures to qualifying cases of congenital limb deformities, such as tibia and fibular hemimelia, angular limb deformities, and diabetic limb salvage, among others.
